Role Summary

The purpose of this role is to assist with the operations of the PTC Lead supported division outside of Head Office hours, providing effective support and advice, driving sales to ensure overall profitability is maximised.  This role will see you liaising with all of our lead supported Homeworkers you will be expected to effectively assist in resolving queries and assisting with sales.

 

Key Responsibilities

To ensure our Homeworking partners have the support required in order to close the sale & overcome objections that may require additional help or assistance, as well as ensuring all Hays Travel customers are receiving exceptional customer service at all times.

In addition to the above, daily tasks and responsibilities will include telephone support, creating and loading sales communications , Maximising sales through social media as well as general admin duties.

 

Competencies Require

  • Effective motivational skills to encourage teams to hit and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, working to tight deadlines
  • Computer and administration skills including Word and Excel, Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Ability to handle complaints and complex situations

 

Qualifications / Experience Required

  • Worked within a travel sales environment
  • Have an understanding of Homeworking or a telesales environment beneficial
  • Understanding of In house products & systems to enable you to share knowledge with the Homeworkers
