Vista Trade Support Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our growing Trade Engagement team. We are looking for someone to join this team as Trade Support Executive. You will support our Trade engagement partners, taking on administrative tasks such as; reporting and analysis, training sessions, trade events and more. This is a full time, permanent position and can be office based or remote for the right person with flexibility to travel.

Key Role and Responsibilities

• MI and reporting – Daily, Weekly and Monthly trading reports.
• Administrative duties supporting Trade Engagement Partners
• Daily portal booking checks
• Managing social media channels, keeping them engaging and interactive
• Vista Portal assistance, answering calls from travel agents, supporting them with their queries.
• Design and conduct Vista portal training sessions with our travel agent partners
• Preparation of data for branch visits.
• Host supplier/tourist board interviews.
• Regular checks of portal that all product is loaded and selling correctly.
• Assist with planning of events and allocation of delegates.
• Flexibility to attend in person trade events and branch visits when required.
• Assisting with Familiarisation trip planning and organisation.

What competencies we are looking for?

• Good time management
• Organisation skills
• Presentation skills
• Good accuracy and numeracy skills
• Good understanding and confidence usingMicrosoft office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Previous travel sales experience
• Good understanding on the Vista portal (not essential, but preferable)
