Job description

This is a home-based position within the Steps to Success team, where you will support Hays Travel colleagues in reaching their full potential. The role involves managing KPI performance, providing 1-2-1 coaching (primarily online), conducting motivational support calls with branches, and collaborating with all departments to offer additional coaching support. The goal is to help colleagues excel in their roles and ensure their success.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Data Analysis: Analyse performance data to identify colleagues who may require additional support.
  • KPI Management: Review and implement objectives, practices, and processes to ensure successful KPI achievement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Learning and Development, support teams, and local management to help colleagues perform at their best.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for colleagues to enhance their performance.
  • End-to-End Support: Guide colleagues identified in the Steps to Success process from start to finish, including weekly online meetings, regular communication with Branch and Regional Sales Managers, and tracking progress.
  • Motivational Calls: Regularly call branches to offer support and motivate colleagues.
  • Golden Ticket Deliveries: Personally deliver Golden Tickets to branches to celebrate top quarterly performers.

 

Competencies Required

 

  • Performance Management: Proven track record in managing and improving performance.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret and report on data to inform appropriate actions.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Competent use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Organisational Skills: Highly organised with the ability to manage workloads and business needs remotely.
  • Report Writing: Ability to develop clear, accurate, and professional written reports.
  • Retail Experience: Experience in all aspects of working in a Branch.
  • Coaching experience: preferred but not essential
