Role Summary


The recruitment team leader will support the recruitment manager on delivery against recruitment strategies to ensure the needs of the business are met. You will lead and manage a team of recruitment executives and lead on the recruitment processes in line with business objectives. The core competencies of this role include delivery of the company’s recruiting strategy, ensuring a positive candidate experience through all recruitment channels.


Key duties and responsibilities;


  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to drive performance and achieve recruitment objectives
  • Execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening and hiring candidates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
  • Utilise recruitment tools and technology to optimise the recruitment process and improve efficiency
  • Ensure clear and specific measures are in place in order to measure outcomes of success
  • Report regularly on KPI’s
  • Produce weekly and monthly management information
  • Support with the marketing strategies to promote available opportunities and measure success
  • To provide professional advice and guidance on recruitment and employment matters, in line with legislation
  • Provide coaching, guidance, support and set professional development plans to the recruitment executives in order for them to reach their full potential
  • Weekly/ monthly 121 meetings with your team


Skills/ Experience Required


  •          Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
  •          Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
  •          Completed/ working towards or willing to complete rising stars/ aspiring managers program
  •          Exceptional attention to detail
  •          Proficient excel/ smartsheet
