An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Events Lead to join Hays Travel's dynamic and dedicated marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer events, strong organisational and commercial skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end event planning. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings fresh ideas to the table, and is passionate about the Hays Travel brand and its customers. A genuine interest in travel and the ability to work collaboratively is key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Plans and executes all aspects of customer events from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Works closely with the Hays retail branch network to plan, coordinate, and deliver successful events that resonate with the local audiences
- Researches and secures suitable venues, negotiating contracts to achieve cost efficiency
- Develops and manages event budgets to ensure delivery within financial parameters while maximising ROI
- Creates and oversees email marketing campaigns to promote events, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Collaborates with specialised marketing functions to develop and implement comprehensive event marketing plans
- Collects and analyses post-event feedback to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement
- Manages financial processing of invoices and expenses related to events, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Works closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure seamless event execution and communication
- Adheres to company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines to uphold Hays Travel's values
