Job description

The property department is expanding due to the rapid growth of the business. We have an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join our team. You will assist in looking after the day-to-day building maintenance across our 460 retail branch estate, residential flats and commercial offices, whilst being involved in property related projects to help the company grow at an ever increase pace.

The ideal candidate will be professional at all times, enthusiastic and have a motivated approach. Taking ownership of your own time and prioritise workload in a fast-paced department where no two days are ever the same.

 

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Ensure all branch maintenance tickets are being resolved in a timely manner, working with both in-house maintenance teams and third party contractors.
  • Managing incoming emails and telephone calls.
  • Making purchase order number requests linked with maintenance quotes.
  • Updating in house systems and ensuring documents are saved and stored correctly.
  • Assisting with the preparations for shop refits and new shop openings

  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Computer literate, confident using Word & Excel
  • Enthusiastic and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels
