Job description
The Learning and Development team is responsible for training solutions to meet business needs and the development needs of all colleagues from apprentice level to senior management. This is a fast paced environment that provides a challenging and rewarding role to those who work within it.
The role will be supporting the day-to-day operation of Learning and Development ensuring all aspects of the function run efficiently and timely.
Role Responsibilities
- Collate and analyse data and provide a detailed insight for key stakeholders
- Co-ordinate with the L&D team to assign training courses
- Support with onboarding of new colleagues
- Maintain and update training attendance and feedback
- Enrol learners for online programmes
- Maintain learner records across multiple channels
- Ability to suggest and initiate efficiencies to departmental processes
- Have knowledge and a high level of competency with department and company technology
- Be able to self-reflect and identify areas for personal development
- High levels of Customer Service
- High level of attention to detail
- Prioritise and organise workload to ensure deadlines are met
General
- To undertake any other duties that may fall into the job criteria
- To conform with all company policies and procedures including health and safety
- To treat all employees, customers and suppliers with integrity and respect
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience working within an administrative role
- Knowledge of in-house systems(Core HR, The Hub, Smart sheet, Learn Upon)

- Ability to use word, excel, & PowerPoint programmes to an advanced level
