Job description

The role will be suited to someone who has a passion for learning and development and supporting our new colleagues across the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional first impressions when welcoming our new colleagues, providing them with the skills and knowledge to fulfil their roles.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and deliver engaging and motivational inductions and training that inspires new colleagues to achieve
  • Utilise a variety of instructional techniques to ensure a dynamic and inclusive learning environment
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current inductions and training sessions suggesting any improvements
  • Research and write engaging training content for both a virtual and classroom delivery
  • Coach and develop colleagues during 1-2-1 support sessions
  • Effectively communicate and positively promote organisational changes
  • Demonstrate a high level of competency with department and company technology
  • Be able to self-reflect and identify areas for personal development
  • Liaise and build relationships with all areas of the business that impact our new colleagues
  • Exceptional Time Management, Organisational skills, and Attention to Detail
  • Display a motivated ‘can do’ attitude, and strive for excellence
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications & Experience desirable but not essential 

  • Previous training experience of classroom/remote delivery
  • Previous experience of working in the travel industry
  • Experience of coaching
  • Experience of GDS
  • Level 3 + qualification in Education and Training
  • Experience of working with people from diverse backgrounds
