Job description
The role will be suited to someone who has a passion for people development through the enhancement of their skills, performance and progression within Hays Travel, maximising personal and business potential through achieving career goals and aspirations.
You will have excellent communication and relationship building skills to enhance your training, support and coaching of others, helping them to achieve their potential.

Responsibilities
Retail branch and head office coaching support visits
Build and develop strong relationships
Coach and develop colleagues during 1-2-1 support sessions
Stretch and challenge colleagues to reach potential
Support the delivery of company strategies
Deliver inspiring and motivational training that engages learners to achieve the desired impact
Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of training, coaching sessions and programmes.
Research and write engaging and influential training content for both virtual and classroom delivery.
Effectively communicate and positively promote organisational changes.
Knowledge and a high level of competency with department and company technology
Be able to self-reflect and identify areas for personal development
Motivated ‘can do’ attitude, who strives for excellence in all areas of their role
Exceptional Time Management, Organisational skills, and Attention to Detail
Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Experience of coaching.
Experience of supporting others to achieve potential.
Experience of classroom and remote training delivery
Level 3 + qualification in Education and Training
Experience of delivering training at management level.
Team leader/Supervisor experience
Previous management experience
