As a Junior People Partner, you’ll play a key part in our evolving People function, with a strong emphasis on business partnering and driving positive change across the organisation.
You’ll be at the heart of our people strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders to support and influence decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about developing their strategic HR capabilities while continuing to make a hands-on impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with leaders across the business to understand their goals and challenges, providing proactive, strategic HR support.
- Advisor Development: Act as a guide and mentor to our HR Advisors, supporting their growth and helping to build a high-performing, confident team.
- Employee Experience: Champion initiatives that enhance engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion across the organisation.
- Change & Transformation: Support the delivery of people-related change projects, ensuring alignment with our values and business objectives.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use people metrics and insights to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.
- Policy & Practice: Ensure HR policies are applied consistently and fairly, offering expert advice on complex employee relations matters.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in an HR advisory role, with a strong foundation in employee relations and generalist HR practice.
- A passion for developing others and supporting team growth.
- Full or part CIPD qualified, or qualified by experience
- Willing to work towards qualifications to assist with their own personal development
- Confidence in building relationships with stakeholders and influencing at different levels.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to balance operational delivery and strategic thinking.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
