Job description

Supporting our independence group members, premier travel consultants, home workers & franchise partners, you will be responsible for the preparation & reporting of monthly commission payments & deductions as well as the administrative tasks, queries and controls relating to this.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Answer incoming email & calls in a professional manor and providing a high standard of customer service.
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Creation of commission statements & backup.
  • Generation of commission invoice
  • Generation of loan statements.
  • Validation & issuing of invoice & statements.
  • Calculation & Processing of commission payments & creation of payment plans.
  • Validation & processing of incentive programs
  • Review & Set up of 3rd party trade agreements.
  • Ensure loan statements are signed monthly
  • Reconciliation of vendor ledgers to statements.
  • You will be required to cover other tasks in the team for holiday & absence cover.
  • Be a role model for the Hays Travel SMILE values & culture.

What competencies we are looking for?

  • High level of accuracy & attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills via all methods.
  • Ability to work under pressure & to prioritise to ensure deadlines are met
  • Ability to think for yourself & work independently.
  • Intermediate/ advanced excel skills (vlookups, pivots, sumif etc)
