What we are looking for?
Following transformational change within the business, the Group are looking to appoint a Head of Hays Tour Operation (HTOL).
The Head of HTOL will be an integral part of the Senior Management team who will make a significant contribution to the business.
The core responsibility of this role is to be responsible for the performance of the company, as dictated by the boards overall strategy within our busy, successful and growing Tour Operation.
You will also be responsible for building firm relationships with key areas of the business and be required to develop strategies to hit or exceed targets for all areas within Hays Tour Operating Limited.
What will be your key responsibilities?
To proactively oversee all operational and sales areas of Hays Tour Operating Limited including Hays Faraway, Hays Beds and Transfers and Business to Business Call Centre
To deliver against set revenue targets and budgets for all key areas
Build relationships and carry out business analysis to identify areas of growth
Liaise with your departments to ensure objectives are successfully met
Design, develop and implement suitable strategies for all divisions of Hays Tour Operating Limited

What experience we are looking for?
Experience of working in a similar role or have 5+ years’ experience working in a Senior Management role within the travel industry
Be able to demonstrate a strong management track record showcasing your experience and having the ability to adapt to your audience
