You'll bridge the gap between business and IT, ensuring flawless execution of projects that optimize our operations and delight our customers.
- Lead complex project lifecycles: From initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, you'll own the success of assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Conduct in-depth business analysis: Uncover and define critical business requirements, meticulously documenting project scope for clear understanding and successful implementation.
- Forge strategic partnerships: Act as the trusted voice between stakeholders and IT teams, fostering transparent communication and aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
- Master risk management: Proactively identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans to ensure smooth project execution.
- Champion continuous improvement: Conduct thorough post-implementation reviews, analyse results, and identify areas for optimization in future projects.
- Prioritize IT initiatives: Strategically align IT projects with business priorities and departmental goals, maximizing the impact of technology investments.
- Inspire and empower teams: Provide leadership, direction, and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
● Graduate or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Knowledge/ skills required
- Desire to work as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in a dynamic environment, preferably with knowledge of travel or technology-related areas.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles (PMP or PRINCE2 certification highly regarded).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and navigate complex business challenges.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presentation tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with travel technology and current industry trends.
