FX Support Administrator

 

Forex Support is a fast paced, collaborative team delivering Foreign Exchange (FX) assistance to our Retail, Franchise, and Independence Group divisions.  As a central point of expertise, you will provide support via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring colleagues have the guidance they need to serve customers confidently and compliantly. Working as part of the support team you will manage key day to day operations and work closely with FX suppliers to ensure high service standards and any issues are proactively escalated and resolved.

 
 

Key responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional customer service at all times

  • Supporting branches with the day-to-day operation of the bureau

  • Answering telephone, responding to emails and live chat

  • Review and process currency orders

  • Monitoring stock levels of foreign currency and ensuring that sensible quantities are maintained

  • Willingness to participate in training appropriate to own development

  • Adhering to company policies and procedures

  • To undertake any other duties that may fall into the job criteria

  • To conform with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety

  • To treat all employees, customers and suppliers with dignity and respect
