Job description
In this role, you will be responsible for providing telephone support to the retail branch network assisting them with the day to day operation of Foreign Exchange. Working as part of a team you will ensure company processes and procedures are followed correctly using a variety of reporting methods. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with suppliers and reporting and resolving any issues.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Supporting branches with the day-to-day operation of the bureau
- Answering telephone, responding to emails and live chat
- Review and process currency orders
- Monitoring stock levels of foreign currency and ensuring that sensible quantities are maintained
- Willingness to participate in training appropriate to own development
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- To undertake any other duties that may fall into the job criteria
- To conform with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety
- To treat all employees, customers and suppliers with dignity and respect
