Job description
Overall objective to support with the Foreign Exchange upskilling of branches to drive Foreign Exchange performance. This is a field-based role driving performance of KPIs to support the branch and division in achieving its profit target.
Covering the South Wales, Somerset & West Dorset & Devon Regions.
37.5 Hours - (Spread Over Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm)
Key Responsibilities
Interrogation of MI to identify key branches and areas of focus.
Support all Foreign Exchange consultants throughout training induction period and ensure upon completion of training FX Consultants are achieving KPIs and standards in role.
Identifying regional/divisional focus groups to improve current results. Creation & delivery of focus groups, training and conference calls
Some joint visits with RSM’s to enhance FX knowledge.
Attendance and delivery at RSM/BM meetings
Delivery of annual FX Workshops
Coaching with bureau team and in branch training
Coach, support and review with FX cross sell.
Branch visits to be fully documented with outputs shared with all stakeholders.
Support area with business development opportunities including schools/students/large employers.
Collaborative working with training team, full joined up approach ensuring field sales support compliments and follows up with training team activity.
Support, coach and champion opportunities for cross sell from FX transactions, including ancillary sales/travel insurance to support the company profit growth.
Competencies Required
Field sales experience, used to working remotely with flexibility to suit the needs of the business.
Proven track record in achieving regional sales targets, ideally within the FX market.
Advanced interpersonal skills, with a proven successful track record in
Training & coaching
Managing field/remote working priorities
Highly organised, able to manage workload and needs of the business.
Qualifications / Experience Required
Experience and in-depth knowledge of working within Foreign Exchange industry.
Track record of driving FX sales
General
This role is working within a Divisional Area, supporting circa 50-60 branches.
It is expected this role is on the road an overnights should be expected.
Clean UK driving licence is required for this role
