Job description

We’re looking to welcome two Digital Marketing Executives to the Hays Travel family! These exciting roles will focus on email marketing where you can take part in projects that will revolutionise email marketing journeys in the bustling travel sector.

 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be to create optimised email campaigns for many of our exciting travel partners and report on campaigns and triggered journeys. Plus, working alongside the CRM and Customer Insights Manager and the email marketing team, you will learn about data segmentation, and be part of the team responsible for transforming how Hays Travel communicate with both customers and prospective customers.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Working with the CRM and Customer Insights Manager on the wider CRM/email marketing strategy and being given an area to be responsible for
  • Analyse previous campaigns and make data-driven suggestions on how to improve
  • Deep dive into the customer journeys we currently have and identify any friction points so we can serve our customers the best journeys possible
  • Create stunning email campaigns for our suppliers which are created with optimisation in mind

 

Competencies required

  • Have previous experience working in email marketing
  • Be a creative problem solver
  • Be driven by data and results
  • Have meticulous attention to detail
  • Have an understanding of GDPR
  • Have handled large quantities of first-party data
  • Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

 

Desirable skills

  • HTML
  • Basic Adobe PhotoShop/InDesign skills
  • Understanding of data segmentation
