Job description
Being part of the Cruise Contact Centre administration team, you will ensure that the company’s high standards are maintained by delivering exceptional customer service to our clients once they have made a booking. You will be passionate about cruising and will be able to relate to the customer about their holiday and to meet your client's individual needs.
You will complete travel documents and support clients with online check for their pre cruise journey.
Main Responsibilities:
- Checking and Post of confirmations
- Dealing with Cruise Line notifications
- Minimal Changes to flights up to 3 hours
- Name Changes and amendments
- Simple Cancellations if the consultant cannot save the sale
- Changes to dining
- Booking flight seats and extras
- Answering priority line calls
- Support customers with shore excursions
- Booking dining packages
- Adding on drinks packages
- Booking coach transfers
- Booking car parking
- Changing a cabin number
- Checking Invoices – if incorrect and doesn’t match isell – then it goes back to the consultant
- If no flights loaded on Isell – it goes back to the consultant
- Supporting clients with special assistance at airport / ports
