Summary:

This role plays a critical part in supporting the successful delivery of large, high-impact projects with strategic importance. You'll leverage your extensive business knowledge and organisational skills to ensure project leads and stakeholders have the resources and support they need to excel.

 

Key Responsibilities:

●     Project Lifecycle Support: Assist project leads with various tasks across all stages of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. This may include tasks such as scheduling meetings, creating agendas, taking minutes, and tracking project progress.

●     Business Knowledge Application: Utilise your extensive business knowledge to understand project goals and requirements. Provide valuable insights and facilitate clear communication between project teams and stakeholders.

●     Organisational Excellence: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all activities stay on track. Create and manage reports, schedules, and meeting agendas. Excel at keeping projects organised and ensuring adherence to deadlines.

●     Risk Management Support: Assist project leads in identifying and mitigating potential risks through research and data analysis. Contribute to the development of contingency plans to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.

●     Communication and Collaboration: Build strong relationships with project leads, stakeholders, and team members through excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Facilitate information sharing and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

●     Continuous Improvement: Contribute to post-implementation reviews by gathering and analysing data. Identify areas for improvement in future projects and recommend process enhancements.

 

Qualifications:

●     Extensive business knowledge and a strong understanding of the travel industry (preferred).

●     Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise effectively.

●     Proficient in project management tools and office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).

●     Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

●     Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

●     Desire to learn and grow within a dynamic project environment.
