Overview
In this role, you will assist the day to day operations of the Home working Division ensuring the Hays travel values & sales standards are adhered to and delivering customer excellence at all times. Growing the division through recruitment opportunities and encouraging individual progression through moving towards our PTC package after building an initial successful foundation & database. All of the above is achieved through ensuring that Hays Travel standards are delivered to Hays Travel customers, team members and head office. Profitability and the driving of sales within the Home working division. Also liaising with other Head Office departments in an attempt to resolve queries.
Role Summary
Part of this role is to carry out effective individual business reviews and setting measurable objectives by analysing individual Homeworker performance , by offering help, support & guidance to each individual Homeworker consistently this will increase the divisions overall profitability.
A huge part of the role is ensuring you manage lead expectations across multiple channels and follow up with any individual that is not meeting the requirements on a consistent basis. The lead supported team is a lead driven division and a vital key to success is ensuring all opportunities are utilised and the sales standards set by Hays Travel are followed at all times.
Demonstrating how objectives can be achieved and tailoring support to the individual is a key part to the role. Providing regular training & feedback to ensure the HW is building and maintaining new and repeat customer base.
You will be responsible for driving performance, coaching, and developing skills & will be required to conduct Teams meetings as/when required.
Driving sales via social media channels is something we are passionate about alongside looking for ‘own’ business growth opportunities.
The role is both challenging & rewarding in our ever-expanding division, the capability to adapt to new processes & additions to the role responsibilities is key - always having the profitability & success of the Individuals and division at the heart of what we do.
Experience required
- Minimum 3 years Travel sales experience
Main Responsibilities
- Provide motivation in order to achieve sales targets and all other KPI’s
- Ensure we coach and develop each homeworker within an assigned team as well as in the whole team. Effectively using evidence available to provide assistance, and feedback. Ensuring this is followed up on a timely basis.
- Managing lead expectations across multiple channels and follow up to monitor individual performance daily.
- Driving general sales including Hays Products
- Liaise with New starters to ensure they adapt to home working and offer support and guidance where needed
- Daily motivational sales communication
- Increase sales via social media platforms & engage m embers in building their online business & presence.
- Provide details of the busiest times to work and ensure effective lead coverage against committed hours
- Carry out effective business reviews on a timely basis within agreed timescales, agreeing development action points that meet individual needs and offer coaching around these areas identified.
- Ensure all head office procedures and key messages are delivered positively to all team members and in a professional manner
- Liaising with head office departments and sales staff to resolve queries to a satisfactory outcome
- Conducting recruitment conversations to ensure we capitalise on all new opportunities to grow the division
- Utilise social media to increase individuals’ sales & profitability.
- Drive & deliver results in KPI areas.
