Job description

The banking team complete the group bank account reconciliation which includes GBP and foreign currencies.   We receive daily request of banking queries to resolve from all divisions and liaise with other head office departments.  We process customer refunds and funds transfers request which require a high attention to detail. Training to be given to all banking roles to develop skills and experience.  The banking team are friendly, helpful and an enjoyable team to work with.


What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Reconciliation of all bank transactions made in and out of the company bank accounts in GBP and foreign currencies
  • Reconciliation of company credit cards
  • Refunding customer funds
  • Investigating banking queries by liaising with branches and head office teams
  • Transferring customer funds
  • Locate, allocate and reconcile customer bank and card payments
  • Uploading bank statement information into bank reconciliation
  • Adhere to company service standards
  • Reporting on key banking activity

  • Ideally qualified / studying for AAT or similar finance qualification
