Responsibilities

*        Review and recovery of outstanding funds owed to Hays Travel and identify & manage risk

 

Competences / Qualifications

*        Excellent communication skills, high standard of literacy and email etiquette

*        Excellent, organisational and administration skills

*        Provision of excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times

*        Accuracy and  excellent attention to detail

*        Ability to work to strict deadlines

*        Encouraging working attitude and desire to put forward ideas and implement positive changes to working practices as required

*        Ability to act on own initiative and prioritise workload

*        Flexibility to suit needs of the business

 

Specific Duties

*        Full investigation of overdue bookings to determine risk

*        Send relevant balance letters to customers within the agreed timescale

*        Liaising directly with customers & branches to recover funds owed

*        Liaising with all Hays Divisions & head office teams to resolve any issues

*        Completion of assigned reports as allocated by the team leader

*        Data Security - You are responsible to ensure all personal & business data is kept secure at all times & any data breaches are reported immediately

 

General

*          To undertake any other duties that may fall into the job criteria

*          To conform with all Health and Safety regulations and policies

*          To follow the company expectations regarding service standards at all times
