This is an exciting opportunity to join our selling systems team based in our Head Office in Sunderland.

 

We are looking for a motivated candidate with excellent communication skills to join our successful Selling Systems Support Team working in the Technology Centre.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Being a point of contact to help our booking agents use our Selling Systems platforms with ease, giving advice and guidance throughout.
  • Identifying and rectifying any system issues while liaising with our system provider.
  • Managing user accounts on our systems.
  • Liaise with suppliers to create contracts for new branches, creating new accounts and enabling suppliers to feed into our internal booking systems.
  • Maintaining our in-house document scanner and processing supplier invoices to customer bookings where necessary.
  • Operate the feedback system

  • Ability to build relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

Technical Skills Required

 

  • Basic knowledge of computer systems i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel with the ability to utilise its key functionalities

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

  • File management skills

  • Web Navigation Skills

 

Qualifications/Experience required

  • English & Maths grade 4 or above

 

General

  • To be committed and dedicated to completing the customer service Apprenticeship programme within the 12 month timescale, attending all relevant training workshops
  • To undertake any other duties that may fall into the job criteria
  • To conform with all company policies and procedures including Health and Safety
  • To treat all employees, customer and suppliers with dignity and respect
