We have an amazing opportunity to join our Marketing team here in our Head Office, based in Sunderland!
If you are interested in getting a job in marketing, then this role is the perfect place to start as it will enable you to develop your marketing skills in a hands-on environment.
You will help support the development and execution of a wide range of marketing campaigns, with no two days the same! You could be conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities one day then leading meetings briefing marketing activities the next. Dive into the fast-paced world of marketing, working across several areas from advertising to product and take the chance to build valuable skills and see marketing in action!
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Help coordinate and execute marketing activities
- Work with the team to come up with creative ideas for campaigns
- Assist in tracking and managing marketing budgets for campaigns
- Respond to questions and solve marketing-related queries over the phone
Competencies Required
- Capable of demonstrating a strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines of self and others
- Positive attitude with a commitment to providing a safe environment for people to work in
- Promote and maintain the profile of health & safety
- Proactive and self motivated with a hands on approach
- Ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organisation
Technical Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of computer systems i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel with the ability to utilise its key functionalities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- File management skills
- Web Navigation Skills
Qualifications/Experience required
- English & Maths grade 4 or above
General
- To be committed and dedicated to completing the customer service Apprenticeship programme within the 12 month timescale, attending all relevant training workshops
- To undertake any other duties that may fall into the job criteria
- To conform with all company policies and procedures including Health and Safety
- To treat all employees, customer and suppliers with dignity and respect
