Job description

We are looking for an administrator to work within our Balance collection & Admin team located at our Head office. We are a fast paced department with a fun and friendly team who deal direct with our customers and branches. We ensure customers have the relevant documents to travel and arrange the collection of any outstanding payments. You would need excellent customer service skills as well as great attention to detail, in turn we can offer you fantastic learning and development opportunities within finance.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Review and recovery of outstanding funds owed to Hays Travel and identify & manage risk
  • Review Daily booking reports and issue correct documents
  • Issue customers relevant tickets
  • Check financials are all correct
  • To ensure that all bookings are administered professionally and within given timescales
  • To ensure that all tasks are processed on a timely basis and in a first class manner
  • To ensure e-mails are prioritised and dealt with on a timely basis
  • Report any issues/improvements where appropriate
  • Monitoring and maintaining high productivity
  • Liaising directly with customers & branches for payment/balance queries
  • Liaising with all Hays Divisions & head office teams to resolve any issues
  • Completion of assigned reports as allocated by the team leader
  • Data Security - You are responsible to ensure all personal & business data is kept secure at all times & any data breaches are reported immediately
